  • Weekly 60 minutes, 1-on-1 sessions through Zoom. This will be a safe space for you to share whatever is on your mind.

  • Enneagram test, tools and exercises that are tailored according to your own needs.

  • A warm and compassionate therapist who listens without judgement or critique. I believe you’re doing the best you can, at every given moment. Unlike conventional therapy, I will also share my own personal stories and journey in life with you for a deeper connection.

  • I’m based across several continents and travel frequently from North America to Singapore and Asia. When I’m in the continent where my clients live, I make it a point to meet them in person.
